Once upon a time in a village surrounded by forests, there lived a hardworking woman named Sekeiyan. She was known for growing lots of maize using only natural manure to make her plants grow big and strong, producing more. Sekeiyan did not just farm maize; she also loved exploring the forest to find firewood and gather delicious wild vegetables and fruits.
One day, while Sekeiyan was in the forest with her baby wrapped in animal skin, a playful monkey swung down from the trees and took her child away. Sekeiyan got really scared and begged the monkey to give her back her. The monkey agreed but only if Sekeiyan gave him some maize because he was feeling hungry.
In a hurry, Sekeiyan rushed home to grab some maize. She knew she had to act fast to get her baby back. Grabbing a big handful of maize, she dashed back to the forest and offered it to the monkey. The monkey happily accepted the maize and gave Sekeiyan her baby back.
Sekeiyan was so relieved and grateful to the monkey. Little did she know, this would be the start of an unexpected friendship. Impressed by Sekeiyan's kindness, the monkey started helping her find even more fruits in the forest during their trips. Together, they became a great team, finding lots of tasty fruits and having fun exploring the woods. Sekeiyan and the monkey continued to roam the forest together, gathering fruits and creating memories.
